ok just go to to the party and just tell everyone that u didnt buy a costume becsause your mum didnt want to waste money when u allready look ugly

Go up to the host and/or guests say something like, "Sorry I couldn’t make it to the party this year, but I had to stay home with the kids." (be dressed as a ghost, etc.)
